Why is the transition important? Helimission requires a minimum of 100hrs in a turbine aircraft. Now that Ben has had the transition we're hoping for more opportunities to fly these aircraft. Ben and Nick (our General Manager and pilot in the left seat) will return this particular aircraft to the owner next week. After the flight on Monday Ben will have about 6hrs. Only 94 to go! :)

Turbine Transition
Remember a few posts ago when I wrote that Ben was donated hours for a Turbine Transition? Well, last week he got to fly those hours. I joined him for the "all up weight flight" and took a few snaps and short videos from the backseat. It was a beautiful day to go flying!
